Penobscot Shores's Annual Senior Health Fair

At this year’s free Senior Health Fair at Penobscot Shores, experts and representatives from area agencies, businesses and organizations dedicated to the health and wellness of older adults will be on hand to discuss and provide information about a wide-range of topics.  Stop by to learn more about community health & wellness resources, fitness and rehabilitation, sleep issues, heart health, diabetes and nutrition, home health and hospice services, aging and disability resources, hearing issues, safety and fraud prevention and so much more. 

The Waldo Co. Sheriff's Department will be present with their Drug Take Back Program to take unused or expired medications. 

Balance testing, Telehealth demonstrations and blood pressure checks will be available along with free mini-massages, hand reflexology treatments and AromaTouch hand therapy. 

Light lunch fare will be provided to fair-goers compliments of Penobscot Shores’ Chefs Diana and Charles Evans.
