Join members from the MaineHealth Center for Health Improvement Community Health department at Pen Bay and Waldo Hospitals in partnership with Coastal Mountains Land Trust to get outdoors and stay active with guided hikes year-round.

The June hike:  This Hodson Preserve hike will cover about 1.5 miles of trail including steep elevation in some spots.  This month, we’ll be accompanied by Robert Fisher, MD, a board certified urologist who just joined the team at MaineHealth Urology Rockport. All are invited to get to know Dr. Fisher and ask questions while we explore the preserve!

Hiking boots and plenty of water are recommended.

No pets, please.

Directions: From Camden, take Washington Street/Route 105 for 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Molyneaux Road and drive approximately 0.6 miles to the preserve parking area on the right.

This group meets at trailheads throughout Knox and Waldo counties, usually on the first Thursday of each month.
